Canine Nosework for AKC Scent Work Handler Discrimination

Handler Discrimination for AKC Scent Work

Handler Discrimination is an AKC Scent Work Division where the dog must  find the handler's scent using one or more scent articles such as a  glove, cotton ball or cotton swab. In this Canine Nosework event the dog needs to locate the handler's  scent , discriminating it from all other scents, and indicate to the handler he/she has found it.

Steve Bettcher teaches this Canine Nosework class at The San Lorenzo Dog Training Club in San Leandro. The dog Training class will prepare students to compete in AKC Scent Work Handler Discrimination.
